With the hockey league season coming to a close our umpiring team has compiled a league table (just for fun) of appearances by our umpire across this season 2024/2025.

This season the umpire liaison team has been led by Katie Mycroft, and ably supported by Emma Mycroft. Since September 2024 Katie has taken on this volunteer role and made it her own. Her constant prompting, convincing and badgering has got us through the season with umpires provided across 4 mens teams, 3 womens teams, a badgers team and various junior fixtures too.

We really appreciate the efforts of ALL our umpires - simply put, without them our games just wouldn't be able to go ahead. It should also be noted that many of these umpires "doubled up", umpiring more than one game on a Saturday, or even missed out on their own games in order that we could get the games.
