This year’s end of season/presentation night will take place on Friday 25th April at The Proact Stadium (Chesterfield Football Club)

Tickets are priced at £30pp. You can either pay the full payment by 29th March or make two payments of £15 (one by 15th March and one by 6th April) .

Please send payment to CHC bank account using your name as the reference.

Dress code: smart
